  10. PAINT SHOP is a Windows program that will display, convert, alter, and
  11. print pictures using the file formats of TIF, GIF, WPG, BMP, PCX, MAC,
  12. IMG, PIC, and RLE. Altering includes stretch/shrink, trimming, dithering
  13. palette manipulation and more. Another feature of Paint Shop is screen
  14. capturing. The entire screen, just a portion of the screen or a specific
  15. window may be captured. Once captured, the user can treat the picture as
  16. any other picture, thus saving the picture to what ever format you want,
  17. instead of the format the program wants.

  19. Other features include: Printing pictures, full clipboard support, an
  20. On-Line Help system and a user's manual. Viewing can be done in a window
  21. or full screen.
